In a blender combine:
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup almond milk (or cow’s milk, or coconut milk, or rice milk)
1 zucchini (optional)
1 cup kale or spinach(trust me on this! deliciously healthy, you won’t even taste it)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey
